Terms of Service

FacilityOps · a NEXORA product · last updated 1 July 2026

These terms govern use of the FacilityOps service. By engaging FacilityOps, the customer agrees to them. Specific commercial terms are set out in the customer's order form or master agreement (MSA), which prevails in case of conflict.

The service

FacilityOps generates operational records and alerts (attendance, gate/parking, visitor and patrol logs) from the customer's existing CCTV. It is a logging and visibility tool.

Customer responsibilities

No automated decisions

FacilityOps does not make employment, pay, access or disciplinary decisions. Records and alerts are decision-support only; the customer is solely responsible for any action taken.

Performance

Detection and recognition performance depends on camera placement, lighting, environment and configuration, and is not guaranteed to be error-free. The customer should apply human review to records before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacilityOps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions the customer makes based on the records. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless otherwise agreed in the MSA.
